How about going all out on the freeware front?

I think we should do two things at once here:

1. Pursue other gaming companies. However, while I'm not giving up hope, even if the game is picked up it will be a LONG time before we see the game this way, because aren't we back to square 1 on the legal stuff?

but while that's all taking place:
2. There seem to be a LOT of talented people frequenting the board. Why don't we REALLY get cracking on the freeware project? Lets figure out what skills we have here at firstones and who can donate a little bit of their time and get organized. Linux only started with one person and look where it is now...

    Nice idea but the problem is we need a license from WB and that is owned by Sierra at the moment and besides getting the license is a financial effort we're not capable dealing with.
