I personally think she had a decent amount, judging from the "woohoo?" scene.

Hm, I wonder how experienced (not only with respect to sexuality) she was. She is a very twisted character... still seems very young and idealistic on the one hand but very thoughtful and cool-headed when it comes to important decisions (She has definitely learned that because of the Earth-Minbari War). Definitely a very interesting person to have a long conversation with.
And how is all this reflected by her sexuality?
Besides personal experiences, she was definitely experienced concerning her knowledge of Minbari customs (we know that Minbari have customs for everything). I can not recall whether it was explained in the show how life was in the Minbari religious cast, though.
I also don't remember her being too nervous about those things. She rather seemed to savour her relationship with Sheridan. From that standpoint I would say: Yes, she was sexually experienced. But of course, that was years into the show... who knows what happened in the first two years?

Doubtful, she was a devout follower, not a leader of the religious caste and she did not show any signs that she was abusing her position for her own monetary enrichment. If she had been a prophet (Moumand, Jesus Christ) or a leader of a religious origination, (L. Ron Hubbard, Pope Alexander VI, David Koresh) then the answer would have been yes.
The minbari remind me of the old British, you know sexually repressed. And as someone stated earlier, they have customs, but that hardly qualifies as sexual experience.

Let me get this strait, you are comparing Jesus and Muhamed to L.Ron Hubbard?
Oh and being in the grey council she is by definition a religious leader.
I think that for Minbari, relationships work a differently than for us. Its not like she can just go out one night, hook up with a guy and have a one night stand. For them everything takes time, I think they veiw sex or their equvilant as the final step in a long series of customs and rituals.
Think of it this way, Once you have children and raise them your biological purpose is done, you can go off and die. If you species is made to live 200 years then you do not need to start having children till well past your 100th birthday.
