    Ah just a tad slooow, have it now... not blown away by the cover but its ok.

    XE works it out to be £12.49! I'll happily pay that :)

    I wonder what channels they are going to use for marketing. I worry about the fan base not stumbling across a straight to DVD production in the store like they would broadcast on TV or SciFi. Somehow the word needs to get out about this better. Where are the stories in SciFi Magazines for example?
    There isn’t enough buzz IMHO.

    I for one want to see the follow up movies that are possible*** ~ the only way that happens is if sales are good ~ and now is the time to push.

    ***Esp since I worry that the first set of movies will be the weaker ones since it takes time to get a crew and production to jell and from what I’ve heard leaked about the stories I don’t see a big development of action or characters in a hugely meaningful way. It’s a little too “third space” and not “enough call to arms”…

    Well the first ever B5 dvd release had little advertising really. Word of mouth and general spread of news across the internet helped at the time. Might well be the same this time round. But I get where your coming from. I suspect there maybe some tv spots for it in the US anyway.

    The first B5 DVD release, which was done to test the waters by WB, also apparently massively surprised them by its popularity.
