One was a crappy PS1 controller that lacked analog sticks or dual shock, so it wasn't missed. The second was a normal PS1 controller, which was after my memory card got deleted. The third was when my PS2 started acting up, and it scratched my [i]Ico[/i] disc too badly to use it. Weird thing is, I've had no trouble on anything else.
