    I'd be more worried about the state of our eyes - the modern pc monitor is still not the best thing in the world to batter them with, hour on end.

    Most companies are obliged to provide free eye care to employees who would be expected to be using a computer for most of their working day.

    Mind you, you're in for no such luck if you're a student... between the drink, the smoke, the late nights, the drugs, the reading lists and the computer time trying to put all your work together, your eyes take a right hammering!

    Mine are suffering from lack of sleep, but not monitors. It's odd, cause everyone else in my family has glasses while I have perfect vision. Mind you, I do rest my eyes very regularly when using a computer.
