• Ok then. I have a pair of these orangeish recliners. They measure approximately 30 x 37 x 42.

I also mentioned the weird light thing. It spins and turns different colors! Woo!

Ok, just a list from here on out:

2x orange chair 30 x 37 x42
fridge 21 x 20 x 33
green chair 26 x 31 37
headset phone
mystery couch*
mystery table*

That's what I've got thusfar. CD/DVD list to follow ASAP.

This is a test...
• stuff we have

ive got pots. and bowls. and im getting a coffee pot. bringing up my drawing table if at all possible, its more of a board, needs to go on a real table.

can get a nice bunch of eternet cables made up, and let me know if we need any other cable, its possible i can get those done too.

ive got an ugly silver trunk thats capable of making a halfway decent living room/coffee table.

printer and a scanner, which can be loaned out, possibly even networked, though depending on where i put them(room), i may have to make that conditional that i be home for them to be used

four small standing up desk lamps, one clip lamp, one spinny lamp.

one of those fans that clips onto stuff

nd...theres other stuff buried around here, ill add when i remeber
once i get up to rochester, ill be picking up a nice crappy cheap as a veitnamese whore futon, and a folding table of similar quality.
• Ok, light.
• oh, neat, one of those.
this is mine:
http://www.planetgadget.biz/shoppingcart/49.jpg
• well, its similar to mine. mine has stars instead of circles. onyl difference
• SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
Brad, that light is really odd. :D

It scares me!

Just so you know, the couch is darker in reality. It seats two people very comfortably, three comfortably, and four sorta-comfortably.

I've also got a few other things I was going to photograph, but the camera ran out of batteries. It'll be charged soon, though. But There's a ton of various items all over the place, ranging from tables, to bowls, to clocks, to dressers.
• BigglesBiggles The Man Without a Face
I got nothing.
• I have that exact light, as the one in the picture, Brigitte. Hehe.

Oh yeah, I also have a skull. No no no, not like that! It's a neato ceramic one. I'll get a picture of it tomorrow. Can't let it get too cheerful in there.

Interesting couch, Andy. What's the approximate size of that?

Ok, onwards. I was thinking about bedroom stuff a minute ago; how are we going to work that? Looking at the dimensions they have and comparing it to rooms I have access to here, I think we'll have more than enough room. So what do you think? I was thinking about bringing my bed cause it has some storage below it and isn't too big overall.
• Thanks Andy

Thanks so much andy for Remembering to tell me about the discussion :P do you remember I will be living there with you? heh any way, I need to know where I am going to be sleeping so I know what I need to get for me to sleep.
• Random thought here. I think we should solve any problems we have with a 2/3 majority vote on the matter. We should also have the ability to not vote on any particular matter. I think that should solve most problems. My other idea would be for us to divide the apartment into various areas of control where each of us has control, and then we can have wars and stuff between our parts. Also, any disagreements should be able to be decided with a trial by lightsaber if the parties involved wish it to be so.

So...yeah...heh.

Brian: Sorry! I didn't see you on aim, and I have not added your ICQ UIN to this computer. Anybody have one of his ICQ numbers?

----

Well, I'm going to go out and buy some measuring goodies at the store. Here's some other stuff.

Panasonic Cordless Phone:
A duplicate of the best phone I've ever owned.

Industrial air circulator:
It's a really big, really powerful fan. And it's shiny!

Citybug Electric Scooter:
Perhaps useful as a quick back-and-forth transport that is not a car? (It can go quite a few miles on a single charge)
Pic coming soon...

These nifty end-tables:
They're useful enough for just about anything. We have no use up here, and would like to get rid of them. They need refinishing, but that's easy.

Reciever and 1000 watt light:

A random chair. It's ugly, but it works.

• Quick thought. For desk spacing...are we going to have a limit on size so we don't overcrowd the room?

End tables sound like a good idea assuming they aren't too big.

How about tv matters? Andy, you still planning on that projector thingy?

Another random thought: what are we going to do with the tons of wires that will be draped across everywhere? Though not a major problem, they could still be an irritation.

Ok, last, complately unrelated note. Do we have an official logo or maybe some kind of official seal? You know, for the equivilant of government papers or something. Just some random schemes floating through my head...
• SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
Home depot sells wiring canals. I'd suggest we use those, or design something like them.

Right now, I can barely afford anything. I *really* want to do the projector, as it'll save so much space and produce such a great image, but it's just out of my budget right now. If anyone wants to consider doing it themselve,s though, the price should be around $400. NEC introduced another new LCD which drove the price of the old ones down even further, and the 3M overhead projector is still going for $100 or so. Main problem is the lens and focusing mechanism, but that can be solved with an adjustable mounting bracket.

once my desktop appears on the internet, I'll pass along the seal idea I made up (Altered from the Baker concept)
• stuff i forgot about

tv/vcr, tape player/radio, record player if i can get the damn thing fixed. weapons, should anyone need any(heehee!). pictures to follow

andy: canals, yeah. or maybe lots and lots of ducktape.

brian: noone Told you??!! beat them with a broken monitor!! really sorry, i wasnt around later...
• I like ducttape! Muahahaha! That would work. (more evil laughs to follow)

Ok, me and Andy were throwing around the idea of a collective printer of dooooom. He'll post more specifics, cause he was the one exploring ebay and stuff for general prices. That and it's less effort for me and stuff or something.

Hey Brigitte...I thought it was aliens who were after Andy, not mutants. Or are they mutant aliens? Cause if mutant aliens are after him, we should start looking for a new roommate... Worst of all are the aliens who've mutated to look like us, but are aliens, cause they can go in cognito and stuff! Ackem! :shadow2:

• brad: its both! ackum!
•
I don't remember if I mentioned it here or no. I managed to get a few pictures of some furniture stuff, but it's still on my sister's camera because she didn't bring the cord to transfer them.

Also, I mentioned some sort of mystery couch and table. Well, apparently, someone grabbed em up before me. So nevermind that. Of course, my mom mentioned something about someone else having stuff. I'm going to have to look into that.

I drew up a pretty close estimate of what the apartment floor layout looks like today at work. (there wasn't much to do, heh) It's all to scale and stuff, so if we get the dimensions of all the furniture we're considering, or an estimate of stuff, I can throw it on there and see how it looks.

• i cant wait to get baby-spot.... this pc is making me wanna kill things!!! andy, ill post those sketches for your car when i post my photos.

bout tables: 'stead of a desk, i was ust gonna get a cheapo folding table for my room, once i got up there. if we cant find a table fir the kitchen area, i could just pick up two nice little crappy chunks of reconstituted particleboard, if theree was still nothing else
• what we have

what else we already have: :p a pile of warmaking lightsabers! yay for us, were a bunch of violent geeks
• SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
Well, we're going to have to buy some nerf guns. I'd also suggest the investment of plastic armor which the nerf darts can stick to in order to register "Kills"
• I have a wire garbage can that I'm going to also use as a chainmail helmet. It's close enough. Heh!

I agree with lightsabers and nerf guns. Violence is our friend, or something.

I still like the idea of the giant epic snow battle. Woo! Remember the idea I had about it?

I definately still need some armor though...muahahaha!
• brad: is that one dead stick figure on the bottom a bear with a raccoon tail?

:noidea:
• No, it's a stick figure raccoon. It was a full raccoon picture, but I just used some of it, then I added x's for eyes cause dead stuff have x's for eyes.

Why doesn't the bunny eat the pancake, anyway?

PS. Andy, if you don't like the reds, then just get yellow. It would look quite nice on this background. Woo yellow!
• SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
I can't quite modify that right now. It's not something I know how to do.
•
Here's my crazy skull thing:

And here's my computer chair:

And here's some bookshelves that we got, that I have a couple of, and if we like, I can probably grab a couple for all of us to use. That's actually a pair of them. Just ignore all the crap my mine put on 'em.

Lastly, we also have this green chair. It's smaller than the orange ones and doesn't recline, but it rocks back and forth and stuff. And it's green...

• We also have these endtables. We just got some new ones, so I can bring these up, too, if we want. They're mirrored of each other. If we need a table of sorts, we could put em together. They have some big cupboards and shelves.

This is me with a garbage can on my head. It's kind of like a helmet.

So...yeah...
• rofl! nice hat... *draws sword* :)
• SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
heh. Are the glasses part of the helmet now?

Also, those end tables would fit *REALLY* well with mine. The other components of that set looked remarkably similar to the ones you have
