Aaaannnddd... I'm back!

Huzzah! I finally got myself a new compy!
No more mooching off work laptops and such. yay! :D
It's nothing fancy (I need more ram) but it's got a nice screen (all the more for me to watch things on!) and it's all mine!

I am moving this weekend to a new place and then I'll finally be settled again.

woot.

    - 200 GB Sata 7200 RPM HD (With 8 mb cache)
    - 512MB DDR (dual Channel Memory) <-- I obviously need a ram upgrade soon
    - Digital Media Reader

    It came with monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, I am pretty happy with it.

    And well, I am kinda timid about it now. Cause everyone will know which one is me... :P

    Exactly what type of ram does it take. i can check and see if i have any lying around (i might)

    Or...upon starting up, the POST screen should give you some sort of detail. A memory FSB should give us a good hint.

    I dont have any DDR2 at work, once i replace the 533 stick in my home computer with an 800 i'll have 512 free.

    cool I am not sure what kind of how much room I have to put in mine yet.. I might just have to suck it up and buy a gig stick somewhere... after I get all moved and settled I'll opener up and see..

    well once i get mine replaced, if a 512 helps, you are welcome to it.

    if you buy, newegg is usually really well priced, and i've had really good luck with the OCZ memory.

    Well, it WAS cheap ... from my job, sold to me at 30€ with a valid W2K Pro lisence :D

    My parents dell p3 still has its Riva TNT 64 card. Did the job pretty well in its day! And still chugs along ok.
