OK - I've become addicted to your server - Where is it???

Sometimes from my office the radio either 1) sucks or 2) fades out. When that happens I fire up your station - Now it is gone...

PLEASE tell me it's temporary...

It might have been a bug. A sister found it to be mildly entertaining to unplug the machine.
