fully armed and loaded with eight troopers they are pretty freakin formidible
tight tracking autocannon, FAFR rockets, missiles, grunty engines and chunky armour...
V. V. nasty.
Just recently the RAAF intercepted an Antinov transport shipping a fully armed and loaded Hind. It was going to New Guinea as part of a Mercenary force. The Australian 'powers that be', decided that hunting fuzzy-wussies with this sort of thing wasn't a good idea. It ended up in Queensland, dont know what happened to it from there.

Im supprised an outfit in New Guinea could get one, last I knew of Executive Outcomes over in Angola was snapping most up off the market to equip the Angolan military since there is a slight lull there for the moment.
Yeah, I know Executive Outcomes is supposedly defunct.. riiight, no they just relocated the legal stuff to Michigan! (freaky eh?)
Wait, does it seem that Sandline International was behind it?, that could explain the heavy hardware. Although I thought they pulled out in 97 after international pressure about their activities on Bouginville?
What I find interesting is that three of the biggest merc type orginizations all maintain web pages.. You should check out Sandline's its a very, uhmm interesting, yes thats it, read.
