its enough to make you question if these 'people' at MGM live in the same world as the rest of us. for the life of me I cant figure out why they wouldnt want the game published? it could introduce potentially thousands to the franchise and earn them more money

there's also a [URL=http://www.petitiononline.com/SGTA/petition.html]petition[/URL] to try to save it, but given past history I aint hopeful

    AFAIK, they canned it last summer...website's been dead for months.

    that was the old publishers site. it was never updated much to begin with, but they dumped that publisher last summer which is why its been dead. sites like stargate-gaming have been filling in for the official one since then, and they've had recent interviews with the designers and all. so no, it only just died

    While the cancellation may or may not be completely verified yet, perhaps a couple of us could post over there and offer our support and focus some of the pent-up anger over the cancellation of our very own game? :p

    i think this actually has a lot of potential. as much as i was looking forward to The Alliance, this could be even more entertaining! id love to go as a system lord and raise an army! :D
