The CVS server now has a dedicated 512/512 connection. Yeah, it's not fast but it's there 24/7 and the whole bandwidth is reserved just for CVS operations which mainly consist of small updates... so the speed shouldn't really be a problem when we're talking about kilobytes and megabytes.
